✿  CONSULTATION

Are you looking to challenge a patriarchal or “boy’s club” culture in your office? Do you have a coworker, friend, or family member who needs one on one coaching to confront toxic behavior? Would you like to educate a young person or find assistance holding them accountable for past harms? If so, consider getting in touch.

Through my years of facilitation work, I have learned crucial skills for meeting people where they are at, and moving toward change in a way that is compassionate and patient, yet always holding true to the needs of the client, the less privileged, or the harmed party. I believe wholeheartedly in the capacity for humans to change and grow from mistakes, yet I also maintain that true accountability requires commitment, consequences, and sincere attempts at mending the harm that was caused.

I owe my understanding of most of these principles to the Black feminists and women of color who are creators and leaders in Abolitionist organizing and Transformative Justice, especially adrienne maree brown, Mariame Kaba, and Angela Davis.
